Genesis

Kendriya Vidyalaya Ahmednagar No. III (VRDE) was established in 25.02.1992 to cater to the growing demands of students both inside and outside the complex. Located in serene, sprawling and pollution free VRDE complex; amidst lush sylvan surrounding, it creates a conductive environment for students to attain greater heights in both academic excellence as well as in students activities. Kendriya Vidyalaya Ahmednagar No. III (VRDE) is co-educational institute affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi. The Vidyalaya follows the curriculum prepared by NCERT.

This Vidyalaya takes pride in providing varied reading experiences to its standard in its richly stocked library. A well-equipped Computer Room makes computer education accessible to the student right from class: Well-equipped laboratories for physics, chemistry and biology not only makes study of these subjects interesting but are also capable of inculcating scientific values and temperament in wind of one building scientists. Art room and music room are a magic for the students with flair for art and music.
Exploring dormant talents and creativity of one student are Aelirity rooms which provides ample opportunity to learn fine and useful arts. Yoga Rooms ensures mental, physical and spiritual well-being of all one students.

KV No 3 VRDE  has a large campus spread out over on area of 8.2 acres. Its grounds provides ample facilities to develop sporting talent in Hockey, Volley ball, Kabaddi, Basket Ball, Badminton , athletics, Kho-Kho and cricket.  Not only does it add to the beauty of the campus but also makes the atmosphere conducive to teaching learning process.
